Transfer Perk
First Transfer is normal price ($30), one additional firearm in the same transaction is free (instead of $15)
Multiple handguns the fee still applies. Same buyer, same day, same transaction. NOT stackable. If transferring three (3) firearms its $45...$30 for the FIRST one, SECOND one is free, THIRD one is ($15) and so on.
