Blue Coat Arms Company Membership is a simple, credit-based program built for folks who want their firearms taken care of without the usual wait.

Each membership includes annual labor credits (parts/shipping not included) that can be used on standard repairs and maintenance, plus priority scheduling over non-members.

Members also get access to member-only experiences like workshops and done-for-you shopping support (available as add-ons), and a clear, fair policy around what’s included vs. quoted custom work—so you always know what to expect before anything starts.

Details

  • Credits cover labor only. Parts, shipping, and outside services are extra.

  • 1 credit covers up to $200 of standard labor on included jobs.

  • If labor goes over $200, you can use another credit or pay the difference at the member rate ($65/hr).

  • Priority scheduling: Tier 3 first, then Tier 2, then Tier 1, then non-members. Once your appointment is booked and confirmed, it’s yours.

  • Included (examples): cleaning + inspection, function/safety checks, basic troubleshooting, optic/sight checks, and common wear-part replacements (labor only).

  • Excluded (examples): Major restorations, refinishing (bluing/Cerakote/etc.), custom
    fabrication/machining/welding, major barrel/receiver work, and any custom builds.

  • up to Fifteen (15) free FFL transfers for One (1) calendar year from membership start date

  • If parts are need, we’ll always confirm parts and pricing before ordering or installing.

  • If a job expands beyond standard work, we’ll pause and give you options (additional credits, member rate, or a fully quoted project).

  • Membership is designed for routine maintenance and standard repairs (fair use).
